By creating a Clio account, you agree to the following:
- Checkout Periods: The length of time you can keep an item depends on the lending library. You can find the due date on the item itself, or in your Clio account.
- Renewals: You can request renewals through your Clio account, but the lending library decides if it's possible.
- Lost or Damaged Items: If you lose or damage an item, you'll be responsible for the full replacement cost set by the lending library.
- Item Condition: We'll check items for damage and note this before you receive them.
- Active Account: Your Lewis & Clark Library account must be active and in good standing to use this service.
